The hotel offers a good value for NYC, close to the station. The nearby Persian restaurant, Eyval, is trendy and serves delicious food. However, the lack of a fridge, iron, and microwave, and non-guest presence in the front area were slight inconveniences. On the bright side, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, ample towels, and efficient heating/AC make for a decent stay.

Loved this hotel, had 3 good days here. The atmosphere created was quiet. We where in a king room with a comfortable bed, big TV plus separate bedroom.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a good area, next to Williamsburg, the L train, subway. I loved eggs and fruit for breakfast, which was included. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with separate bedroom. I was met by amiable and consistently courteous staff at the reception.

The location was cool, close to the subway with a mix of cheap eats and shops next to industrial stuff but not far from better businesses down south; staff was nice, room was neat and comfy with a handy fan for white noise, and breakfast was basic but my kids loved the waffle-maker 🥞.
